Whether your new to the industry or a seasoned veteran we want to hear from you. We dont have a specific recruitment window, instead we invite applications all year round, after all when we want to recruit isn’t necessarily when you want to join us.
We are proud to put our Colleagues at the heart of our values. This is just some reassurance that we wont just see you as a number.
We offer a time served and experience based pay policy. We are not just another security company, that puts everybody on the same rate regardless of how long they have had a licence or how hard they work. We value your hard work through the year and value length of service in our colleagues.
You will start on a rate dependent on proven experience and length of SIA licence held. All colleagues get in year reviews with line management, giving everyone the chance to work hard and increase their pay. We are flexible and if you show promise, commitment and determination we will give you the tools to succeed.
If you have just gained your first licence and want a lot of money fast, your probably best going to another company. Your licence is a tool to help you learn your trade, if you want a good starting rate and to learn in a supportive environment then you will fit in perfectly.
Like what you hear? Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a cv or covering note and we will email you an application form.
Ensuring you fill in the application form in full with a full 5 year working history and references is the first test. You will then be required to attend an interview bringing identification.
All potential colleagues will have to pass screening and vetting checks before any employment is offered.
Please note ICU Security do not currently provide training services. Please only apply if you have commenced licence training.
If you are unemployed contact your work coach for details of possible free courses. If you are not on benefits and wish to pay yourself please pop us an email and we can point you towards a reputable training provider.
